PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER ORTHODONTIST! My daughter began going to this orthodontist in January after getting a referral from her dentist. We were new to the area and unfamiliar with any local specialists (Military Family) Upon being consulted they scheduled my daughter to have her braces placed. Her first initial “braces visit” we waited almost 45 minutes to be seen. During the placement visit- Dr. Mejia decided my daughter needed a couple of teeth pulled... which this should have been identified at the consultation visit. So this appointment was a complete waste of time. I had arranged to take the day off as we weren’t sure what to expect. Awaiting on their referral to our dentist to be rescheduled...We had to repeatedly call the office to have the referral of her teeth abstraction to be sent to her dentist. In which they never sent it! We had to physically go and pick up the form to hand carry to her dentist. She finally got her top portion placed after almost 3 weeks of battling f

I had an initial visit appointment. I arrived early, waited in the car as instructed. Filled out the survey. I got tired of waiting in the car. Walked inside after 15 minutes of waiting in the hot car. When I walked in, they said I should have called and that I was late. I was still talking to the "manager" when she turned her back to me and started walking away. She said "you were late, we can reschedule for next month." I asked for time off from work to be there. I wasted, time gas and energy for nothing. Horrible customer service. I had taken all three kids for their treatment to be treated like this! They lost my business this time. Soo disappointed that I have to let go of a Dr I worked with for years due the bad customer service from "manager " and front desk peons. They're more worried about leaving early than taking care of customers.

The schedule. Is only Monday to Thursday before 3:00 pm. Fridays is only emergency. So your kids need to skip school and you loose work
