I had a great experience today at Mendota Springs. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Jacoby was very friendly and took his time with me today at my appointment. I didn’t feel I was being judged or shamed for not having a perfect dental routine lol. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family here for their dental needs.
The hygienist thought I might need crowns but Dr. Kim said nothing about it. I had never met Dr. Kim before. He was just a voice in the background and neither showed me his face nor shook my hand. As an MD myself I was unimpressed by his chair-side manner. I am considering going elsewhere so I can have consistent care with one provider.
Mendota Springs Dentistry makes you want to go in and get all your teeth cleaned over and over again just so you can be inside the atmosphere. The place is clean and has a cute theme. The staff are super friendly and make going to the dentist enjoyable.
