Arrived for first time visit for general exam and X-rays. Ladies at the desk greeted me warmly and took down my information. Saves a lot of time if you fill it out online prior to coming in because they will already have it in system. After a short wait they called me back for X-rays and the technician was nice and accommodating. After a couple of X-rays the dentist came in and evaluated my teeth and gave me options. The process was quick overall and professional. Will definitely return.
My family and I have been patients for 23 years; the care and service is exceptional. The front office staff can make or destroy a business; they are the epitome of what customer service is: courteous, helpful, polite... professional, thank you!
My adult son has special needs. I have always had to go back with him . This time he went on his own and did great. The staff was kind and friendly. I would recommend this Dental practice. This also includes the office staff. Thank you all.
