Metro Dentalcare St. Paul Midway

I love coming to visit Dr Beni and her staff at the Midway Metro Dental office! On top of superb dental care the team really takes into account the comfort of the patient. Dr Beni and Danielle’s excellent communication/chair side manner helped keep me informed throughout the procedure which helped me to relax. The office staff is fabulous and even helped me reduce my bill at the end of the visit. I will continue to recommend Midway Metro Dental to my friends/family and their kids.

**Update: I did finally get in and the service was good. So bringing it up from a 1 to a 3.** Horrible experience so far and I haven't even been seen. I've been trying to get a basic cleaning for 10 months. 1st time patient so had to wait 6 months, then when I showed up they had cancelled my appointment without any notice to me. (They texted the wrong patient to confirm my appointment). So then I needed to wait another 3.5 months for the next available. Said they would call if something earlier showed up (never called). Now the morning of my second attempt, I receive a text saying that my hygienist is out today and need to call to reschedule. Here we go again. Is it going to take over a year to be seen here? After calling to reschedule, again, they asked for my insurance. However I had just called only a few days ago and gave it to them. I talked to a actual person and gave all my insurance over the phone and they totally lost it days later. Feels like complete incompetence. I'm hap
