At first, I liked the clinic, aside from the crowded waiting room. But I've decided I will give them them only one star. The front desk personnel assured me I would get X-rays and cleaning covered by Solstice. They also proposed to do 2 caps on my teeth but I replied not to do any "caps work" (which would cost $425.00 each) until I made up my mind about it. They told me to sit back, relax and close my eyes while they cleaned my teeth and x-rayed me at no charge. Then they suddenly charged me $99, for "extra cleaning," which I reluctantly paid. Today, I was SHOCKED to learn they performed, without my consent or knowledge, all kinds of procedures, billing me nearly $1,200.00 for my portion not covered. These included: Topical fluoride varnish and oral hygiene instructions and scaling and gingival irrigation and photographic images cone beam, ct capture and interpretation with field. I was not happy with the service relating to my tooth abstraction. I felt like it was rushed I was hand given post surgical instructions. I was told order for medication was submitted, however, that was not true. I went 24 hours without antibiotics even though my records show previous procedures making the medication that more important. I am scheduled to return in two weeks however, I am afraid. I am transferring to a new location. It was a great office a few years ago, don’t let me speak of the wait time when I call, that’s another strike. I wonder if ownership has change

I was having a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain. I always see this office on my way to work and i read they take emergency dental patients. They were able to accommodate me for the next day given i was in alot of pain. From the start i have had a GREAT experience! check in process was easy and quick! Isidora was great at explaining the financial breakdown and my patient responsibility. I was terrified to say the least and from the moment i walked in the lady that took my x-rays was extremely sweet (i can't remember her name). She then put me in the room where i met Dr. Lily and i cannot express how comfortable she made me feel and how kind she is. She explained everything in detail and helped me understand what i didn't. I then was prepped for what she was going to be working on with dental assistant Alexis and i cannot say how happy i am that i was able to have them both as the team that assisted me!
