Micro Endodontics: W. Scott Biggs DDS

I paid $165 for a special x-ray I was assured I could take to any dentist and was even given a thumb drive. The next two dentists were unable to open the files because they required specific software. Such a waste of money I felt a little conned into spending since no doctor could view the file and I had to get new xrays anyway. I saw Adam Stout. My root retreatment here was one of the most painful dental procedures i have ever gone through. Not during, but the days after were excruciating. I wasnt given pain meds until I called in the middle of the night crying, but there was a shortage and it took over 24 hours for any pharmacy to fill the prescription. It was a pretty miserable experience. The office staff is kind.

Kind happy staff members. Dr Biggs was very relaxed, courteous and funny. I felt no pain during or after the root canal procedure. Later (in another state) I went to another Endodontist (who didn't know Dr Biggs) to get the cap sized/fitted and affixed. Upon this dentist's first inspection of my x-ray he immediately stated how unusually impressive the quality of the root canal was. It was nice to witness a renown dental professional recognizing another medical professional's high end craftsmanship. I thought of when a popular artist or photographer sees another's work of art that takes even their breath away. That's how this Endodontist was taking the time to appreciate the exceptional level of excellence that had been performed by Dr Biggs...(who, now I know, is obviously a top tier practitioner of his profession.) I'm extremely grateful for his work!

Dr. Biggs is one of the most professional and honest endodontic doctor that you will ever meet. His assistant Theresa was really pleasant and staff members very accommodating. The "Gentle Wave" procedure for a root canal was performed by Dr. Biggs with excellence and no pain. I would truly recommend Dr. Biggs to others.
