I went in for a root canal. The office staff were so professional and friendly. Dr. Alsmadi is so sweet, nice, and professional. He explain the whole process and kept checking up on me after he started the process. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I saw him at the Arlington location I would recommend his services. My experience at Mid-Cities Endodontics was extremely positive. Dr. Alsmadi and staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He evaluated several teeth and retreated a previous root canal (performed several years earlier by another provider) that had become infected. As far as root canals go this was the least painful most comfortable, I have ever felt during a procedure (I have had several). I would highly recommend Mid-Cities Endodontics; you won't be disappointed.

Nobody wants to have a root canal, but if you do need one (or two like me), this is the place to come. I had Dr. Alsmadi for my first and Dr. Kassabji for my second the next day and they were both so kind and supportive through the whole process. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered my extensive questions and concerns. As a care taker myself, it's rare that I feel comfortable letting people take care of me when the time calls for it, but I felt comfortable and in good hands for the entirety of my time in this office. While I hope not to have the need to go back, I would in a heartbeat.
