Overall, my experience as a patient with the office is that it is poorly run. They started charging a % fee for using a credit card which feels like a very crude business model. I had an appointment on a Wednesday morning and late Tuesday afternoon they called to cancel my appointment, more than 24 hour notice is industry standard
I love my dentist! They are friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. So happy I found my local dentist within my network
This was my second time getting my teeth cleaned. I’m fairly new. I’m not dissatisfied or impressed with the facility. So far so good. I normally get glasses so that water doesn’t splash in my eyes. They don’t do that here. I’m fine with it.
