The staff and the doctor I saw were amazing both times. I arrived at my scheduled time and within minutes I was taken in and cared for. Friendly and professional staff. OHHHH and one thing I loved about this place... their process for numbing you was painless - every dentist should follow whatever they did. LOL it was great. I hate feeling those numbing needles going into my gums. Here I did not feel a thing. They used some gel so I did not feel the needles. AWESOME experience.
Scared of getting a root canal because of bad experiences in the past? NOT ANYMORE!!! Dr. Kim is an awesome orthodontist! He did a very thorough job and I didn't feel jack shi*! So happy I went to him for my root canal. He's very caring and understanding, this man knows what he's doing.
Absolutely amazing service. As good as it can get. Dr. Kim is great and very gentle. Everyone here makes you feel good. Recommended a 100%.
