I was taken advantage of by this office. I paid for a comprehensive case that should have come with as many refinements as needed. Yet, I was ignored when I expressed what I needed, only given a Lite case with one refinement, and dismissed as a patient when I stood up for myself. A gap Dr. Apekian made with IPR never closed. A black triangle I wanted closed with my Invisalign treatment was never corrected. She chipped my front tooth, and when I brought it up to her, I was told "teeth become chipped all the time" and "Dr. Apekian does better with questions." She performed odontoplasty on the chipped tooth without warning me and, in my opinion, tried to just cover up her mistake, and noticeably shaved down both of my front teeth doing so. I had previously asked about dental bonding as a solution for my other teeth, and I was told she couldn't do this as she would have to "build up my tooth." Dr. Apekian and the entire team & staff at her office are amazing!!! They are very personable & caring! I had a very extensive plan to correct my teeth issues, including Invisalign, dental implants, working with a Periodontist for bone grafting, ( Dr. Apekian referred me and worked alongside with ), crowns, etc. I am so grateful for Dr. Apekian’s gentle touch, helping me through my nerves; and ultimately helping me get the smile I’ve always dreamed of!!!
