Loki, the hygienist, was very friendly and did the best job I’ve had done in ages.
I had scheduled with my usual hygienist, Jenn. However, when I arrived I was called back by another temp hygienist. This change in hygenist should have been communicated to me in advance. I would have rescheduled. I was disappointed.
My experience with Dr. Tregoning and the staff at Midwest Dental on Tree Lane over the last 15-20 years has always been positive. The staff is personable, knowledgeable and professional. They have always provided skilled professional services and advice. Cost estimates are given for recommended dental work, and there has been no pressure to proceed with recommended work. I give them two thumbs up.
