I have been going to this clinic for over 50 years since Dr. Russel retired I had to find a new dentist as I was treated rudely they did additional work that I didn’t need and my insurance didn’t cover and was never told just did it and got a large bill. I quickly found a dentist and I am very happy with them. Needless to say Midwest dental is no longer my go to dental office.

the people who work here are angels. Was in a pretty bad accident this weekend and have no family in Minnesota and came in with a lot of pain, afraid and worried and was squeezed in and truly taken care of. Everyone from the front desk, dental assistant, and Doctor are truly the kindest health professionals I have ever met. they made me feel so comfortable through the whole procedure and were so kind I became emotional after the appointment of just how amazing my experience was.

Having not been to the dentist, I was a little worried about going again. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was an absolute breeze! The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, Jodie at the front desk was welcoming, and quick getting my paperwork processed. It was also nice going into a dentist office that had some life to it, being able to hear everyone in the back laughing, talking, and generally enjoying life! Carol came up front to take me back for the basic X-rays and diagnostics. I was definitely nervous, BUT Carol had me laughing and feeling really comfortable immediately. We were joking around, chitchatting, and having a blast! She was very knowledgeable about services, products, and preliminary screenings as well as ensuring I was comfortable. Once she finish the X-rays, it was time to meet Dr. Khatoon. Again, not being to the dentist for a while, I was definitely nervous, but Dr. Khatoon was phenomenal!
