MINT orthodontics | McKinney, TX

I have braces currently from this place. When I got my braces put on, the worker was drying the glue with the blue light. She started joking around with the orthodontist and moved the blue light to my cheek, burning it. Also, in the video about braces, it tells us to give them a call whenever the braces break. My wire has been broken for 3 weeks, and the orthodontist said there’s no spots open to get it fixed.

We have been going to Mint for 6 years. We have never had a problem. We started at the Grapevine location, but we moved to Aubrey, so we visit the Frisco location for our dental needs and now the McKinney location for my son's braces. We are pleased with the McKinney location. We are always greeted with a smile from start to finish. Everything is explained and done quickly and efficiently. We love the staff and give them 100 stars!

I started about a year ago at Mint McKinney for my Invisalign and this team has been amazing! The office is super cute, always clean and management is on top of things. The staff is caring about my needs and go above and beyond to work around my schedule. My teeth are coming along nicely and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Mint!
