I have an appointment for 9 am for a simple adjustment of my bridge and waited for an hour because they took in the other patient with an 9 am appointment too. They know that mine was a simple adjustment but the took the other patient first. Right now it needs more adjustment.
My wife and I HATE the dentist, but this office was good enough that I had to write a review. After jumping around several other dentist offices in the area, I'm glad we can finally say we found our favorite. Dr. Sharma was extraordinarily patient with me as I've had a few awful dental experiences. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with her, she genuinely cares about our family and our well-being. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations!
Im sorry to say that one of the doctor is her handling doing the cleaning is every heavy. She is nice. But when it comes doing on your teeth omg goodluck. Her hand is heavy. Is like she dont care about if it hurt or not.
