Mitchell Dentistry

Five stars for Mitchell Dentistry. I've been a patient for many years. The service is always top notch. The staff, hygienists, and dentists are friendly, kind, and skilled. The entire office is efficient and appointment times are kept on schedule.

I had a mixed experience at this place. They did excellent dental work, but like a couple other reviewers I had issues with the insurance/billing. At every stage before, during, and after my appts, I told them exactly what my insurance was (which shouldve covered most of my bill). For some reason they just couldn't get my insurance to go through to apply towards my costs; they kept trying to bill me the full out of pocket amount and were unreceptive to the fact that doing so made no sense since I had (not cheap) dental insurance which they allegedly accept. I've had no such problem elsewhere where like 90% gets paid by my insurance. They did do competent top quality dental work on short notice, but it wasn't worth the billing hassle
