I had an appointment @11:00 a.m. and I was running out of this place literally at 11:07 a.m. I didn’t get to meet the dentist so I have no idea what he’s like. Ms.Stephanie at the front desk is enough for me not to do business with this place. This lady literally was telling me anything. My paperwork was all wrong down to the insurance. The information she was giving me was not adding up with what I was looking at on my treatment plan. She became a human calculator with all the fees. A consultation was $500 with my insurance, so I’m glad I didn’t get past her to even do that. I’m so filled with disappointment with this service and lack explanation of fees it’s unreal. I tried to avoid the bad reviews but I’m like some of the other people just stay far away from this place.
Dr. Morrison and the entire staff at Moberi Dental Specialists are very friendly. Dr. Morrison actually went above and beyond to explain to me what my procedure will entail. He was honest with me as far as recommending what procedure I really needed done without pushing. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable at every point. Will definitely refer my friends and family to Dr. Morrison if they ever needed any Endo work done. Thanks Dr. Morrison.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not do business with the office. Dr. Morrison is an amazing dentist, but his billing staff is horrible. They sent claims with incorrect dates to my insurance company and when the insurance company denied the claims because of the dates being wrong they charge 584 dollars to the credit card that I used to pay for my copay. I had no warning they were going to charge the card or even that they had not received payment from the insurance. They sent a bill in the mail postmarked 10 days prior to the charge. On the bill it said to call the office to set up a pay plan. There was no mention of just charging my credit card without my authorization. I have been trying to get in contact with the person that handles the billing since this all happened three weeks ago and she will not answer the phone or return my phone calls. Basically since I am unable to fix the incorrect billing myself I am just out the 584 dollars. Dealing with this office has b
