I had an extremely painful tooth emergency and Nicole was able to fit me into their busy schedule. As soon as I arrived, Nicole made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and assured me that I wouldn't be waiting long. Dr. Zagorodny and Morgan were the team who performed my root canal and they were amazing. Dr. Z and Morgan explained everything before doing anything. Normally I would experience high anxiety in such a situation, but they were able to make me feel calm and comfortable. After the procedure I immediately felt better. I highly recommend this office - they are amazing!

I needed an emergency root canal recently, my dentist called the Fayetteville office and within 45 minutes I was being prepared by Assistant Madja for the procedure. She explained exactly what I was going to expect. Dr. Maloff arrived. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained in simple terms exactly what he was doing during the entire procedure. Both were very professional, polite and most importantly keep me at ease. At check out the office staff prepared all the final paperwork and submitted all the insurance claims. It was quite impressive seeing their operation in action. Everyone was very professional and very good at their job. Dr. Maloff is a perfectionist and that is exactly what you want when you are getting a root canal. My tooth feels great and I could not be any happier with the service I received.
