Dental Hygienist is ALWAYS EXCELLENT! She is prompt, Caring, meticulous in her work, yet gentle enough to cause no further harm.
Wow! Great service. I had an interview and I needed my first appointment with Monarch to go by quick. Shoutout to my tech and Dr. Patel for rushing my service and making sure i was taken care of quickly. Very pleased with Monarch Dental, their attention to detail and great customer service.
If I could give 0 star review, I would. Was there for two and a half hours and all they did was take X-rays and check my gums. They said they would be back with a treatment plan, 30 minutes later I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I told them I had to get back to work and they walked me to the front were I waited an additional 15 minutes without anyone speaking with me. I told them they could email me the treatment plan but I had to leave. Still have no received my treatment plan. I asked them for copies of my X-ray so I can provide them to my new dentist since I will not be returning to Monarch. They said they would email them to me. I still have no received them. I wouldn’t waste your time here.
