By far the most unorganized dentist office I’ve been to. The hygienist, Hong Le, is very dismissive. I had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled and was told I wouldn’t be be able to get a cleaning that day because she had a full schedule? I have to emphasize the fact that I had an appointment just like all of her other patients. I’ve taken time out of my day to leave work, drive all the way out to this location and be dismissed without a logical reason. Very disappointed with the service received today. Will be escalating this further. Communication isn’t their strong suit at this location so if you are booking a service make sure you communicate every little detail and repeat it twice just to save yourself the time. The only helpful person was the male front desk agent. I hope they get it together.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and we laughed and had a really pleasant time. I was impressed.

If you want to spend 3 hours there and get nothing done feel free. This is one of the most unprofessional settings I have ever experienced. It took one hour of me waiting before even being told they were still waiting for insurance. I had to call the insurance myself and talk to them on the phone.once that was done they didn’t even do a cleaning. I honestly feel bad for the doctors that work there because you can tell they are fed up with the unqualified and unprofessional people there. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere where they actually care.
