I went to establish as a new patient at this office. They refused to give me a standard cleaning, as they recommended a 'deep' cleaning that wasn't covered by insurance. I wound up walking out without receiving any services; I'd never done that in my life. Also, they requested I arrive 15 minutes early, which I did for my 8am appointment; the doors were locked. The office is also somewhat in disrepair and dated. Overall, I left feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I would not recommend them.

I would give this place ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars if I could. This is a WARNING to anybody who needs to get dental work done DO NOT go to this place I repeat, DO NOT go!!!! I went for about five years and spent thousands of dollars. They will do below standard care of dentistry, and are Extremely lazy, and negligible with their work. I had several root canals and crowns done, and they put crowns on infected teeth, they didn’t seal up my crowns or anything else properly so bacteria and infections happened and I had no idea. I developed gingivitis because of this, and I had no idea it was because they were doing such terrible work on my teeth. I had deep cleanings done and paid for all of those, and yet the bacteria continued. They did not do proper x-rays or inform me about any of this, this happened immediately after the work was performed. I have lost thousands of dollars and my teeth are ruined in the process. Dr Patel & hygienists have been great. Although my latest experience is I called 2x in one week to confirm my appointment and after calling morning of bc I still did not receive a text confirmation, I was told “I think you cancelled your appointment yesterday”. Extremely off putting and irritating front desk staff. Make sure you talk to different front desk staff to figure out the correct answer
