Overall 10/10 - Front office , hygienist, ortho … Keep in mind this office is busy, which is a clear indication of great customer care!!! Accommodating, Friendly Staff !!! I definitely found my Dental /Ortho office, you guys are stuck with !!!
Wait time was about 30 mins wasn’t too bad. Receptionist were friendly except one that was on her cell phone the whole time and ignored me. Besides that one receptionist everyone was very friendly and provided wonderful service.
Billing person padded the estimate with over $300 in "cosmetic enhancements." She was incapable of explaining exactly what the "enhancements" were. The dentist insisted a i purchase a $400 Nightguard. By many accounts, a Nightguard is a go-to extraneous cost dentists like to sell their patients. This was not the first time. The last procedure I had done had over $600 in costs outside the procedure as defined by my dental plan. It's clear this office puts profits over patient care. I will not be back.
