Terrible experience! They switched my appoinment to an earlier time the morning of. I waited for an hour and 1/2 before the dentist saw me. He took 8 minutes and then tells me the hygenist is gone for the day and I have to come in for another appointment. The appointment was specifically set up for a cleaning. Then they try to charge me for the annual cleaning that is covered by every insurance. Don't go here no matter what. Very unprofessional. Also what is with everything being on paper. Do electronic forms!

Fortunately I was on top of the codes that were given and cross examined what my insurance covered. No issues with that. The staff was very nice, though I had to return 3 more times after my initial check up because they couldn’t get my retainer molding done right. Had to use my pto because the doctor is only in on Mondays. Molding is unusable as it is too big and I don’t want to use any more pto to go back here. Equipment is old, dirty and in need of a make over. Again, the staff is wonderful.

The absolute worst place to get dental services done! Not even 1 star but 5 to be seen. First off, my fiancée couldn’t get into the office to get teeth pulled and/or pain control because she required sedation to get teeth pulled. Second thing is that when she did get referred to the surgeon for removal, she was then hit by a huge bill that had to be paid prior to removal. Mind you, she had 18 teeth after the traumatic experience with the dentist she had as a child messing up her teeth on purpose and all of those teeth had gotten infected and super painful by this point. The referring dentist with Monarch said that they ALL needed to be pulled at the same time. The surgeon refused stating that her insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of all of it. So she ended up with a huge amount out of pocket that she was told to “Do half then do the rest next year when your insurance is cleared” when she couldn’t eat from pain and was constantly sick from infection running rampant. So in the end we end
