Hands down...The Best Endodontic Doctor in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston! From the time I entered their office, I saw state of the art Medical Equipment/X-Rays etc and Dr.Cotter's staff had/s a genuine warmth that I was looking for. There was a brilliant choice of music playing - spa like that sets you in a comfortable state. During our consultation, Dr. Cotter was extremely thorough and discussed what he would be during. And then during the root canal, he continuously checked with me to make sure I was doing well or if I had any questions. Great Compassion! This root canal was seamless and painless and for me, Dr. Cotter and his staff checked every box of "Excellence"! Well Done!

Dr. Cotter is very professional and understanding. I am super, super nervous about dental pain to the point of anxiety just thinking about it because of a bad experience with another dentist however, Dr. Cotter listened to me and explained everything and checked on me during the whole procedure (re-treatment root canal and bone infection) which was a result of a previous root canal gone wrong and improper fitting of a crown. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and by the time I got home my medication he called in was ready at the pharmacy. I am very, very pleased with Dr. Cotter and his staff and the office. The world of dentistry has been saved! Thank you Dr. Cotter and staff! It was well worth the 4 hour round trip!

Needed a root canal and was referred to Dr. Michael Cotter by my dentist. My experience with Dr. Cotter and his staff was outstanding. He is a very skilled and compassionate doctor, who took the time to explain everything in detail. As a bonus, the procedure was essentially painless!
