Unhappy with the care I received upon check out. My cleaning was great hygienist was great. I’ve had to get a tooth fixed now going on the 3rd time Due to it not holding up chipping, changing color on my front tooth. Dr. Perez will fix it at n/c so they wanted to book be out 26 days for me to be fixed this is an inconvenience to me AGAIN and I’m not able to see another doctor? The girl at check out said sorry nothing I can do very zero regards to my schedule she was trying to schedule on a day I told her wouldn’t work then got an attitude when I told her it wouldn’t work. I’d rather not go to the same doctor that has fixed it twice already. This offices patient care has gone down in the past few years. I just don’t think I should have to wait 26 days to get an appt to fix the doctors work for a third time!

Great service. Dr and his assistant were amazing. Always great hygienists, assistants, and dentists. Have been with this office for years. Only three issues. 1) Did not get my charger for the whitening kit. The assistant opened it and I called to ask about it. The female who answered said I probably lost it. I never got the box. 2) Whenever I go I ask for lip balm and it's like pulling teeth. Eventhough it is on the list of complimentary items. I always get told they are out or I get one that someone finds in a drawer. It's awesome lip balm especially after having dental work done. 3)Scheduling on a weekend is becoming more difficult. I know that some people ruin it by being no shows but I work crazy hours and Saturdays are the only days I can go. It would be nice not to have to wait so long.
