The entire staff from the front office, to the hygienist, to Dr. Dave were extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent. I just relocated to the area and was concerned about finding a dentist, safe to say I have found a gem!

Dr Burt botched my molar extraction. When he could not pull it out by hand he cut it to pieces … i was pulling tiny shards of tooth out of the socket for a week, Dr Burt pretended it couldn’t have happened … I believe he did not see any shards when he looked … but he acted as if it were my imagination. I went through the process of having the socket prepared for the implant and went to all scheduled appointments. i was under his care the entire time and the molar implant failed, it was never installed but I paid for it. Dr Burt told me he would give me a kind of denture that is attached to the neighbor teeth to make good on the money I paid. I was not sure I wanted to have him cut into healthy teeth and did not make the decision right away. The pandemic came along and I did not go back to the dentist for several months. When I returned I had another issue that I asked Dr Burt to take care of. That issue was roughly a 400 dollar procedure and then I suggested we could call it even as

I’ve only been a patient for a little over a year, I’ve had dental issues for most of my life, I came to Mountainville Dental as a new patient with a lot going on. From Dr. Burt, his assistants, to the office staff, I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable with/during a procedure or my decisions to have a procedure. Everyone takes the time to listen and explain everything! I’ve had a major procedure, will be having another and everyone at Mountainville Dental is wonderful! Thank you Dr. Burt and all at Mountainville Dental!! Had the other procedure-went amazingly! Thank you Dr. Burt and staff for everything!!
