I had a lot of worries about returning to the dentist after the pandemic but the ladies at Museum Smiles were soo wonderful. Fast, efficient, and affordable! No pain, and I feel absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so very much again. #fivestarsforsure
My experience at Museum Smiles was excellent!!! Everyone was very courteous and professional! My new Dentist Dr. Audu was also very caring and patient and a great listener. My hygienist, Mira made sure my teeth were cleaned properly and gave me time for breaks if I started feeling uncomfortable. It had been over 2 years since my last cleaning due to Covid shutdowns and change of insurance. My best dental appointment in a over 15 years! So glad I have a Dental Office I can go to now with peace of mind and comfort!! Thank you Museum Smiles!!
I got a filling here in March. I have had prior dental work done with no issues. The staff was super nice but the dentist did not want to wait for the numbing agent to take. They did not wait at all between applying the topical and doing the injections, and then tried to go straight into filling the cavity without waiting at all. I have never had a dentist who tried to rush numbing, and honestly can not say I will come back because of it. Instead of actually giving it ten minutes to work, she just kept giving more shots which caused my entire left side of my face to swell up. Every other dentist I have been to will wait the 10-15 minutes for you to get fully numb... not sure why that is not the case here.
