Tina the Dentist was good & will eventually become a wonderful dentist but I didn't like that she had no say in the procedures. For instance all I needed was a cleaning, x-rays & a tooth pulled. While the first 2 were covered by United healthcare as well as the tooth extracted the secretary insisted that I needed a "bone graft & a membrane" inserted after the tooth was extracted! I grew up when all the dentist did was numb the area, pull the tooth & let it heal sometimes w a stitch. Not here! Along with that procedure costing close to $1000 & higher that insurance doesn't cover.! And I didn't want the membrane or bone graft but the secretary was insistent otherwise I couldn't get the tooth pulled. Needless to say, I was very annoyed that they not only couldn't accommodate my requests but had zero solutions to the problem. So I ended up going to the most wonderful dentist in Tradition where they not only listened to me but also did as I requested. I don't care for medical establishments
Absolutely recommend! I’ve been coming to this office since it’s opened and I have zero complaints, so I had to write a review. Dr. Nelthie, the office manager, Dina, and assistant, Luisa, are very nice and welcoming! If you have a fear of the dentist, this is the place. Dr. Nelthie made me feel very comfortable and was thorough with her exam and treatment. I knew exactly what and why certain treatment was recommended & trust her expertise. I am very satisfied!
My dental experience was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Dr. Ulysse and her assistant was very gentle and professional, providing unbiased opinion in making the best decisions for my dental health. Excellent service!!!
