My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

Really disappointed, my kids have gone to this dentist for years. I called today because I need to get my 3 year in for broken front teeth. I have had missed appointments due to insurance changes. I called, the front lady told me I am no longer allowed make appointments for my children. I was NOT aware that this would happen. I have never been informed. Then she continues to tell me that she can make a emergency appointment for youngest who has broken front teeth. To only continue to tell me that, she can not guarantee that she will be even seen or any treatment will take place.

Honestly I have been coming here since my baby was 10 months old due to her hitting her tooth & pushing it back in . She was fine & okay after our visit . I always have the best visits with my baby . Buuuuut as far as the receptionist they have a “new girl” (to me she is new idk how long she’s been here) I come in today for a visit & my daughter is getting nitro (paying out of pocket) done so I asked her for the nitro does she need it like she’ll be having drilling done & she responds “sooooo thheee nitro is foooor the shooot she will be getting” ( & I’m unaware how the process is) so I continue to tell her “okay well I didn’t know but here’s my money” I have never experienced rude customer service here but besides her the nurses & dentist are ahhhhmazing !!!!
