I tried to book a cleaning here and was told they had to assess me first to decide what type of cleaning I needed. I said I have only had one type of cleaning in my life and I didn't have time for extra appointments that seemed unnecessary. She booked me and said they may be able to do it all in one day. I went in and was told they could not clean my teeth because it needed to be done in 3 appointments! They said I needed a deep clean and my mouth was in such bad shape it needed done in 2 or 3 appointments (hence they make more money). I was told I had 6 cavities and 2 spots that needed watched. I was shocked as I take good care of my teeth and have only ever in my life had one or two other cavities as a child. My husband said it sounded suspicious. So I decided before doing all this work to go get another opinion at Charlotte Dentistry. I had such a great experience with Dr Vu! He takes care of my whole family. The anesthesia doesn't hurt at all!!! And my kids were very afraid to the dentist in the past and now they enjoy their visit! I definitely recommend him for everyone!!! He has angel's hands!

My Dental Hygienist, Julie was Amazing. She was very professional and at the same time super friendly. She was so gentle with my cleaning that I didn't wince once. The cleaning was over before I knew it. Dr. Ung was amazing and discussed my different options to deal with my issue of sensitivity when trying to whiten my teeth. She also referred me to an orthodontist to possibly correct an overbite that caused wear to my front teeth due to grinding my teeth last year. The entire staff is very friendly and the offices are bright and comfortably modern. I would highly recommend this dental practice and look forward to having my next cleaning in 6 months. There were no problems making an appointment and also no problem in changing the date last minute after I got my monthly work schedule.
