Such a positive experience from the ease of getting an appointment, to the positivity of all the staff, the skill of the hygienist and the capability of the dentist. I was not kept waiting and due to a cancellation I was able to have a cracked filling replaced right after my cleaning. Perfect and appreciated.
Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Only gave it four stars because I'm concerned about the long term viability of the clinic. I have had five different dentists in as many visits.
I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. My first visit to New Berlin Dental Group and it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was kind and explained everything upfront. Dr. Matthews is top notch-personable, gentle with my mouth and also very explanatory. I have found a great dentist and would highly recommend New Berlin Dental Group!
