New England Dental Group

I’ve been going to the New England Dental Group for over 5 years now! I am very happy with the services they provide. The dentists and staff are wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, absolutely lovely, and amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Parking can sometimes be tricky, but I’ve never had a problem finding an off-street spot. The facilities are clean, modern and private. I trust them wholeheartedly with my oral care!

I started coming here when it was Back Bay Dental Group and always had a pleasant experience. When the ownership changed to New England Dental Group, they became out of network for my insurance. They neglected to tell me this in a transparent way and surprised me with a bill for a routine dental cleaning. The communication between the office and central billing was very poor and it took me multiple follow-ups to (1) reach a person and (2) get an explanation of my bill. Scheduling for my cleaning appointment was difficult as well; they apparently double-booked me and asked me if I could come a different time one day before the appointment.

Best dentist I’ve been to in Boston. Extremely friendly, very professional, awesome office. If I could give 10 stars I would. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable during your treatment. Highly recommended for anyone in the Boston area.
