Staff is good but they need to work on time management and how they schedule patients.
Dr At New Horizons and Uptown office are nice but their staff is very unorganized unprofessional rude and they know nothing about customer service. They blame shift on each other instead of trying to help patients. They lack communication skills to let patients know in time that the service the patient needs is not covered. They wait till the day of your appointment to say it’s not covered and stick you with the bill.
I have been to dentists in Mission, McAllen, Mercedes and Mexico and I can say without a doubt that New Horizons Family Dentistry has been the best. The doctor and the staff are so nice! Even after I moved from the area they continued to help me and did so in a kind and respectful way! Thank you so much!
