New Image Dentistry

I scheduled my husband and I for as new patients for cleanings. We arrived this morning at 8am to be told "we had only been scheduled for x-rays" no cleaning would be happening today and that we would have to schedule another appointment in a MONTH to come back and be charged again for a separate cleaning appointment. I was baffled!!! This place is a scam to double charge people. I have NEVER had a dentist not do the x-ray and cleaning in the same visit.

For the past four days, my wife has been diligently trying to get the incorrectly done work at the dental office corrected. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, there has been no response from their end. As a result, we have made the decision to take our business to another dental office.

Clean, and smells so, too! Personable and Friendly Dr. and Staff. Patients I saw and heard were happy ... at the dentist's office! Cleaning this time, thorough and painless.
