New Image Dentistry

I have been going to New Image Dentistry for years and my dental hygienist left. I had reservations going in to see someone new but Xiomara made my experience amazing. She was detailed, informative and very gentle. She listened to my concerns prior to initiating the consultation and I was very impressed with her understanding and willingness to listen. I highly recommend her.

Dentist , dental assistant and front desk staff are amazing but the one that does the cleanings on Mondays has no compassion she assumed I was a smoker never smoked in my life then left me for over 20 min in her chair because I needed a different cleaning and reschedule I can tell she hates her job and probably needs to switch careers besides her this place is amazing!

To be completely honest, my experiences at New Image Dentistry have not been very pleasant. I came in for a root canal treatment a few weeks ago and was in an intense amount of pain and discomfort throughout the procedure. The tools that were in my mouth were pushed so far into the bottom of my mouth that it physically hurt. The doctor and assistant do not seem to care very much if you mention you are in pain. Unfortunately in my case, the pulp in my tooth had a pretty bad infection and I was bleeding excessively throughout the procedure. They don’t really communicate what exactly is going on unless you ask and even then it is a very bland explanation. My appointment was a bit later in the day and they close around 6 or 7, so it seemed the whole time that they were in a rush to leave in order to go home. Might I add, after the doctor was finished with my procedure, he told me he needed to cut it short because he needed to go home and I was bleeding way too much. This to me was not very
