This place was amazing before they started caring about money. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and until I fell a little behind on my bill. I never received a reminder call about my bill nor about my future appointment (which I was told I would by my doctor). When I finally called the front desk, I was told I would have to pay my outstanding bill before an appointment could be made — which would have been fine in and of itself had it not been for the condescending tone and had this information been provided OR been reminded of earlier. Not only have I had to wait 2-3 weeks after my due date for a check-up for a time-sensitive area/issue due to a miscommunication, but now I’m dealt with first by money and second by my needs — having to pay up front before even going to my next appointment which is not something I’ve had to do before. Visiting from out of town. Called due to sudden tooth pain. Got me in that day. Dr. Chrisman diagnosed the problem as a broken down old filling, filled the tooth, and the charges were very fair. Staff was friendly & efficient. Very nice office. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

We were mistaken on our daughters appointment time and showed up a half hour late. They worked us in no problem. I appreciate their service.
