North Hill Dentistry

I’ve been going to this office since I was a teenager and have had cleanings, fillings, and otherwise done here for over 15 years. Unfortunately, this office has made some changes that negatively impact the experience. For some time now I’ve been a self pay patient and without being informed of it my appointment cost approximately 40% more because of an “exam” cost even though my appointment was identical to the last one I had with the exception that they assigned a dentist to do my cleaning without my consent rather than a Hygenist. I was not told about the difference in cost until after my appointment (which lasted ~35 minutes) was finished. My cleaning was done by McCarter DDS and he asked me to hold the suction for him for roughly half my appointment (joking there wasn’t any discount for assisting), several times hurt my mouth during the cleaning, and my neck and sides of my face were covered in water multiple times. I really loved the care and kindness l got from the team, as well as the support and grace l received as well! I love this place, and l definitely plan to keep using them for future dental care!

Wonderful staff. I love these people. Only the smallest amount of pain with injection of the anesthetic. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody.
