For any quick readers, this Endodontist was FANTASTIC, you should definitely go here. For the whole experience: I had never been to this specific Endodontist before. The environment here is a calming one and the staff was extemely helpful and kind. When I was shown to the room, the assistant was quick to ask the necessary questions, get an x-ray, and get the numbing process started. The Doctor came in to touch base and begin the bigger part of the numbing process. When he came back, I let him know I thought the numbing wasn't quite complete (I nibbled my tongue just a bit to check it) so he gave another round. He said he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and he even took time to explain a few details about the numbing process to me. Finally the procedure. They never hit any snags and as they carried out each step, they had discussion. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Duncan was great. The girl that worked with him was very professional. She knew what she was doing. I would recommend him highly.
I contacted my dentist today (Friday morning) after getting zero sleep due to intense and constant tooth pain. I told them that I had an appointment set with an Endo but the earliest they could work me in was 10 days out. My dentist office called Dr Duncan’s office and he worked me in immediately. Within a few short hours, he had completed the root canal. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. I just received a call (9:30pm) from Dr Duncan asking how I was doing with the tooth and I was happy to tell him that the pain is complete gone. Zero issues. I highly recommend Dr Duncan and his practice for anyone in need of a root canal.
