Northwest Dental Center

A great big shout out to Northwest Dental. OK, I may be 68 years old, but I’m the biggest baby when it comes to Dentist. Cassandra, the hygienist and Dr. Bingham were more than wonderful with me. They made me very comfortable and explained everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I was in about a month ago, for teeth cleaning and the dental hygienist that helped me then and I can’t remember her name was so gentle. Fiirst time I didn’t have to take pain pills after a teeth cleaning. I will be back.

I have received care at this facility for 4 years now, and I have had a great experience. I especially appreciate my hygienist, Tracy, who is excellent and I appreciate her efforts at making the experience as positive as possible, even for a patient who has sensitive teeth. She goes above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

This was our first time in as a family. Due to insurance changes we have been to multiple dentists in the Boise area, and Northwest Dental is now our top pick. I appreciate each of the hygienists attention to detail and all of the staff’s friendliness. Dr. Cook listened to our concerns and answered whatever questions we had. My daughter has a tooth with a weak enamel and shared how she felt listened to and validated by both her hygienist and Dr. Cook. I personally enjoyed the thoroughness Jenni had for my cleaning. It was also great they could see several of us at once, which is so helpful with multiple kids. My 7yr old was definitely excited he got to watch his favorite cartoon during the process. Thank you Northwest Dental for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
