I recently visited Northwest Endodontics for a root canal procedure, and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Here's why I highly recommend this dental practice: 1. Exceptional Attention to Patient Comfort: The use of black sunglasses to shield my eyes from bright lights was a thoughtful touch. It made the entire procedure much more comfortable and relaxing. 2. Numb Cream for Painless Anesthesia: Prior to administering the anesthesia injection, the dentist assistant applied a numb cream to my gum. This small gesture significantly reduced any discomfort associated with the injection. 3. Thorough Testing for Numbness: The dentist ensured that the numbness had fully taken effect by conducting a test with a cold object.
