Nova dental is the best, everyone there is very professional from the reception staff to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves. Best dental clinic in Dearborn. Highly recommended.
Made an appointment 1 week ago for today. Went to go to my appointment. They canceled my appointment because I did not confirm. I lost my phone so I did not get the text to confirm. Don’t understand the need to confirm if I walked in and made an appointment and said I was going to keep my appointment if something came up I would call and let them know that I would not. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They would not even see me.????
Made an appointment for my father and they cancelled it. wished they tried to contact us like how they contact us with their advertisements. bad customer service. Bad impression on a potential new patient.
