Nova Dental

I first went to Nova Dental last fall. I wasn’t very happy with how I was treated by the dentist I saw. But I decided to give them a second chance and it was the best decision. Dr. Poojah was amazing. She was so thorough and explained everything and the options I have. She took her time and was so kind. I would recommend her to anyone I care about! I’m so happy I gave them a second chance.

Although a very friendly place, they were a major disappointment on caring for my dental needs. I needed a simple maintenance procedure on my denture implant. More than six months have gone by with nothing but problems from the office staff to the dentist himself. They say I can only see one dentist. He is there only one day a week and it was he who removed the rings in my dentures (which connect to the denture to the implanted post) leaving my dentures to free float in my mouth and he broke an abutment on one of the posts. I called and was told only he could handle this problem. I have received no phone call or any attempt at a follow up. I went elsewhere and had my problem fixed within minutes. Oh by the way during the course of all these problems, they tried to make an appointment for me to have my teeth cleaned. I don’t have any teeth in my mouth, I wear full set of dentures. Maybe cleaning teeth and filling cavities is their forte but they lack ability when it comes to dentures.

I was there yesterday, September 27 and today September 28 and my experience there was very pleasant. I have been coming to Nova dental for quite some time, and I have never ever had an unpleasant experience with any of the technicians or the dentist.. I just want to say today in the North Haven location was one of the best appointments and Care I’ve ever had with Nova! Everyone was super attentive to my needs, and they me feel very special! I just want to say thank you to all of the staff there! ????????
