Dr. Novick and his assistant were very accommodating to my obvious fear and discomfort. They were incredibly gentle and made sure I felt comfortable and informed through every step of each procedure. My only regret was not finding this practice sooner. Thank you so much!!

I'm not really sure if Dr. Novick is a great doctor or not due to the fact that I will not be scheduling with him based on the front office managers lack of customer service skills when trying to schedule over the phone. She was super rude and if this is my initial point of contact I'm not sure how much better my experience could be when actually going in to see the Dr.

When you try to be as careful with your teeth and follow all necessary care but you’re told you need a root canal it is the worst especially a few days before the holiday. I was in the worst pain I’d ever experienced with my teeth and needed to see a specialist immediately. My dentist referred me to Dr. Novick and I could not be more grateful! First of all Shannon is incredible and runs like an oiled machine. I read reviews that complain that they were told about the price and deposits up front. I could never be more grateful than to know what to expect cost wise on my first phone call before wasting my time and theirs. Shannon was able to squeeze me in after giving me a full understanding of what to expect she also explained that Dr. Novick may not be in network. A lot of specialists aren’t and if you want to be seen by the best please do not let this hinder you as Shannon is very experienced with insurance and does all claim work necessary to ensure you receive the best possible reim
