The providers and staff at this practice are stellar. Dr. Tran has done all of the recent work in my mouth and I have had zero issues. I have a large amount of anxiety in regards to dental work in general due to previous bad experiences, and after the first time I received treatment from Dr Tran, I was completely at ease. I have had multiple procedures after my initial treatment and have complete trust and faith that I will have no problems nor pain in the care of Dr Tran. My entire family now comes to this office now due to the amazing care provided!
I've seen Dr. Cass for almost 23 years! My entire family comes here too. Everyone is so gentle and understanding. Friendly staff and very patient. I absolutely love it here.
I made an appointment in November/december but the first they could see me was January. They called me the morning of my appointment to tell me the hygienist was sick and I needed to reschedule for first available - IN MAY! Here we are in May, and after a week of routine text communication from the office to get insurance and new patient forms settled before my appointment, they call me 8AM the morning of my appointment AGAIN to reschedule because "the hygienist is still out due to surgery." I tried calling back. No answer. And now I'm done wasting my time with this place. Judging by other reviews this bad behavior is not uncommon here.
