This review is mixed because the service was 5 stars amazing but the billing was a mess. The cleaning was great, the best I have had. Staff the friendliest ever. When it came time to schedule the repair they wanted full payment before insurance coverage upfront to reserve the chair. They wanted to get reimbursement from my insurance but then pay themselves back by putting that money in an account for future services. I get covered cleanings and xrays twice a year. What's the point of having insurance if you have to pay 100 percent out of pocket and then they hold your money. Unethical. They will also charge you the credit card fee if you have to use a credit card. Dodged a bullet. But some practice should snatch their staff up when they go out of business. Amazing people who are just doing their job the best way they can with smiles on their faces.

Do not do business here at all. After getting fit for partials and paying over 1000 dollars out of pocket I wait over a month and a half and get the run around every time I check to pick them up. After calling every week to check they then kept pushing my date back to pick them up. Upon my initial visit I stated that I had a tooth that had been bothering me doctor states “oh it’s nothing take an ibuprofen.” Fast forward I go to another dentist with the same tooth now in excruciating pain!!!! they don’t even release my correct X-rays after finding I’m going elsewhere. New dentist says “wow they didn’t see this huge hole in your tooth” they must just wanted to take your money. He then after looking at new X-ray he takes immediately puts me on antibiotics and pain meds for infection. Sucks because this is the tooth that partials must cling too if I loose tooth there goes the partials not fitting and my money wasted after explaining this to 02 dental I’m told I can only get a refund of

O2 Dental is amazing. I highly highly recommend them. I noticed pain in the back right of my mouth last week, on Monday I sent an online appt request. By Tuesday I was scheduled to go into the office on Wednesday. From the moment I arrived they were professional, kind, and fun! They found the my wisdom tooth was ready to come out and were able to schedule my extracting for the very next day(today!). Dr. Lydia was absolutely phenomenal. After I got there I received news that my grandmother had passed and Lydia and her assistant (whose name I cannot remember, but she was so amazing) were so kind to me. The procedure went so smooth and I left feeling confident about the care I received. They are definitely my go to dental practice!
