This the best dental office I've been to! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Every time I visit, Dental Hygienist, Nijoud Yacoub, and Dr. Ahmed never fail to make me and my family feel comfortable. They always remember their patients. As far as I know I have never written a google review in my life, but I feel compelled to sing the praises of the staff at Oakwood Family Dentist. After several years without dental care, my teeth needed A LOT of work when I started coming here, and I was extremely overwhelmed and anxious. Dr. Richardson was great, but I must say Dr. Ahmed (who I just started seeing) has immediately put me at ease by taking the time to talk about my teeth with me and make sure I understand our plan, which has really put me at ease. Also Jason (hygienist) is really fast and capable, friendly and kinda goofy, he makes appointments so much less stressful. But above all, Mona at the front desk has taken more time and care in navigating and explaining my insurance and treatment than any medical professional or administrator I have ever spoken with, bar none. I loved this dentist office,the way Jayson explained what needed to be done so well detailed. Dr Ahmed was great. Everyone was was so friendly. Also Mona was great accommodating me with my appointments since i have a busy work schedule. Would definitely recommend.
