My business is built strictly on customer service and quality work. So When I think of oasis dentistry, Concord and Charlotte it’s safe to say they seem to have found a way to achieve excellent service, as well as customer service consistently. As I was scheduled for two root canals, and extremely worried about this process, since I rarely have any issues due to practicing good maintenance habits. As the receptionist noticed the concern on my face she literally took the time to explain the process and also illustrated what that would look like using a replica dental skeleton. Thank you Miss, Evelyn and thank you Dr. Landers! I can now sleep peacefully again!! BEST REGARDS! GOD BLESS!
My previous review (which seems to have been deleted) expressed my concerns with being charged for a routine cleaning. Since then I have been refunded my only, but not without a little elbow grease on my behalf. Not only did immediately reach out to my insurance company following the charge, but I had to stay on the Concord office. First by informing Oasis office manager of what my insurance provider informed me "that based off the code submitted I shouldn't have ever been charged". I reached out to Oasis on a Tuesday (exactly 1 1/2 month after my insurance provider I formed me that Oasis had been paid 100% for the routine cleaning) leaving a message with an office staff for the office manager to return my call. It wasn't until that Friday that my call was returned from office manager stating "today we received a payment from your insurance provider and would like to refund you". Now this is my only concern with what was being said to me. My insurance provider worked diligently with me
I thought the dental hygienist did a real nice job today, and the dentist fixed a chip on my front tooth that had been there for about a year. It's funny how a little change like that to your smile can really add a pep to your step. It had been annoying me for quite some time and having it fixed up was exactly what I was looking for. Thank y'all.
