Definite five star service. I was welcomed into the office at my appointment time and immediately tended to. Doctor in the assistant were very pleasant. Explained everything worked very well together. I was impressed even by the way they handed each other tools. My procedure was pain-free and took just as long as they estimated. I'm not hoping to do another root canal but if I do this is definitely the place.

They did a quick job of my complicated root canal (unexpected extra root compared to general population). The pain next day was minimal. The Dr. and assistant were very very reassuring when I told them I'm a little nervous about it since it's my first root canal. The Dr. also used a lot of numbing agent (novacaine??), even when I wasn't feeling pain. I usually need to be numbed a lot to not feel pain so I appreciated him being proactive. Only concern is I was told the procedure would not be covered at first, but when I called insurance they said it would. The office quickly corrected this and updated me. Not sure if this was fault of the office or my insurance, or if I entered something wrong, but I encourage calling ins if something seems off. Otherwise a smooth process.

9 year old grandson needed a root canal on a permanent tooth. So many dentists and specialists wouldn't even see my grandson, either due to his age or the fact that it was permanent tooth, these guys didn't hesitate. Their staff was so amazing, there are no words. They made him feel comfortable and treated him like a person. Would absolutely recommend!
