OC Smile Dental & Orthodontics

Do NOT purchase one of their dental plans as it is deceptive. I paid $299 for their service plan and then they refused to do the work as they said my blood pressure was too high for a deep cleaning. I had to move across the country shortly after where my dentist in FL proceeded to do a deep cleaning with no issues. I requested a refund and they refused to give me a refund when there was no way I could use the services as I moved. They said it was too long after I paid for it but irrespective of timing, they had my money for a significant period of time so in all honesty, they should owe me what I paid plus interest. I feel that I was deceived and cheated out of my money. DO NOT GO THERE!! The response below from OC Smile is a total lie which goes to show that they are unethical. I purchased the service plan 1 1/2 years ago, NOT 2 1/2 years and then moved shortly after. Also, I DID NOT receive the services included in the service plan. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! So friendly with a comforting atmosphere.. I was referred for my special needs son but ended up switching my 2 other sons here as well because I was so impressed with everyone and everything this dental place has to offer. Also .. the way they treated my sons ESPECIALLY my special needs son was so patience and professional at the same time. Im glad I was referred here because we are so happy with this business.. you will not be disappointed
