I’ve been a long time patient, when they first opened! My kids and grandson even go there! I go through mental illness, on lots of medications and i can not believe they WOULD NOT accommodate me in my needs! Very insensitive this should be against the law for them to not accommodate people with their disabilities! I’ve talked to my insurance company they also said they should have made accommodations! I wonder how they would feel if someone took their life because of them not helping! MENTALLY ILL patients need help too!! This was unacceptable and should be addressed! We the people bring them $ they should be more helpful and understanding! How would they feel if their kids got denied service due to a disability! The manager should be replaced with someone more kind and willing to work through patient’s issues! She could have made it happen that’s the role of a manager! Shame on you!

The reviews have to be fake. They are over charging medical patients. Making numerous appointments to get additional payments. Very unprofessional. The dental assistants are not professional. The dentist was gossiping talking about he has court next month. Very unprofessional place.

Was 12 min late the refused service because thiers office was full. There's no parking on a stormy day. Had to park all the way down the street. Thier office was so full that the lady was like either way we have a "full house" we have to reschedule. Why make so much appointment at one time. Every appointment is always 2 months wait. I could imagine people who miss our on work. Be generous
