Ocean Dental

This location has become so slow you are waiting about two hours. I'm never going back here been going here for over 20 years. The value of this location is not what it use to be.Had an appt at 10 it's going on 10:30 I was told it's going to be another 45 mins...like what is going on an I see people coming an getting seen before me is crazy . I drive to far for this kind of treatment. Terrible how they handle business

I took my kids here for a cleaning and exam. They told me my son had a cavity that needed filled and also told my son to his face that he doesn't take good care of his teeth and that a white spot on his tooth would definitely crumble and fall apart bc he didn't brush good enough. I took him somewhere else for a second opinion today where they reassured us that the structure of his tooth was perfectly healthy and they were shocked that another dentist said that to him. I found the dentist at this location to be very cold and pushy. She didn't want to answer questions, brushed off all of our concerns and was very short and rude with me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their waiting room was also filled with dead crickets which would take seconds to sweep up so it makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the entire place.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved our hygienist, she was amazing! She and Dr.Griffin made my sons first visit SO enjoyable he is actually excited to back for his next one! We will be regular patrons from now on. Thank you to everyone at Warr Acres Ocean Dental!
