The old site in Chattanooga, Tennessee had been home to a prestigious dentist office for over 30 years. The dentist who owned the practice was well-known in the community for providing high quality dental care. Patients would travel from far and wide to receive treatment at this office. The office was equipped with the latest technology and a team of skilled dental professionals. Unfortunately, the building was in need of major renovations and the dentist made the difficult decision to relocate to a more modern facility. Despite the sentimental value of the old site, the dentist knew that it was necessary to move in order to better serve the needs of their patients.

I wish there was an option to give negative stars, I would. I went to Dr Brock a few years back for a root canal. My very first one and i had no idea what to expect. Im a type one diabetic and had a lot of fear! He was condescending, rude, and it was incredibly painful. I didn't realize until I had my 2nd root canal with a new endodontics office just how abnormal my first experience was, so posting this now. Dr Brock was very frustrated that I was nervous. All i was doing is shaking nothing crazy, but he was huffing and clearly agitated the entire time. He did not explain much to me, just was in a rush to get the procedure over with. He at one point looked at me and said "do we need to just reschedule this" because i was in so much pain while he was injecting the numbing med into my gums that I had tears rolling down my face. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Go see North River Endodontics in hixson. They are extremely professional and Dr Davis is a wonderful person.
I'll no longer be a client here... I had a root canal done by Dr. Brock that went well enough. I didn't ask any questions just let him do his thing and left. However, I've had issues with my tooth for a few months now and went back for a follow up. This is when I experienced his "lack of bedside manners" (as I've read in several posts now). Dr. Brock was not unprofessional but he definitely struggled BIG time with the basic principle of "listening to UNDERSTAND" rather than "listening to respond". He cut me off and did not really listen to me or my concerns or my questions. Several times we just talked over each other and I couldn't believe how stubborn he was about getting his point of view in. I definitely left his office very very frustrated and feeling a little degraded. The way he answered my questions and a few comments he made were perceived by me that I was not as smart as him. He at one point said: "I'm sorry I'm not being clear. I feel like I'm talking in circles." To which
They were very helpful contacting me in the days leading up the my appointment and making sure if I had any questions or issues! In office everyone was incredibly nice and helpful
